His debut Bollywood musical ‘I Am Roshni’ has won international film festival awards like Berlin, Nazareth, Barcelona Planet. He has also won the YouTube Indie Outreach award from Google for his original compositions on YouTube.

Gautam has work experience of over 10 years as music composer and sound designer. He was first introduced to music when his father bought him keyboard at the age of 5. Since then music has always been an integral part of Gautam's life. He has composed music and given sound effects for multiple ads, TV and radio shows and digital programs. His major works include Web Series Hankaar, PM Selfiewali, Haq Se and Films Thai Jashe, Delhi 47Kms. He has also composed music and sang the title track of a short film called Democracy which has won several accolades. he also works as an Audio Producer for Myra Multimedia. He is also a big foodie and his simple mantra in life is "Eat food and breathe music."
